Sedona Storm Clouds was painted en plein aire while on vacation in Sedona, AZ. The area is noted for its natural beauty and the striking red rock landscape. The original is matted in tan and framed in a 12 x 16 mahogany frame.

Marilyn Barton

Marilyn Barton has recently moved from Arizona to Sun City Shadow Hills, Indio, California. She paints with Acrylic, Watercolor, Pastel, Pencil and Charcoal. Marilyn was art major at UCLA where she concentrated on the many aspects of fine art including, life drawing, illustration, photography, painting, printmaking and art history. In recent years, she studied watercolor from a well-known teacher and artist/publisher in the Palm Springs area. Marilyn has specialized in capturing the beauty of the desert with her unique style and colorations in watercolor, acrylic and pastel. Marilyn also teaches art classes in watercolor and pastel.
